Going on Holiday

Since I'll be heading down to Arkansas on Monday, I doubt I'm going to have much time to blog. Instead, I've started a new blog on Wordpress that is my ramblings about my travels. The posts are pretty long, so I decided to put them on their own blog. That and I wanted to try out Wordpress and see what it was like.

So, if ya want, you can head over there and read about a self-catering in Scotland, a bed and breakfast in England, and Edinburgh. Here's the link:

Wandering and Rambling

Just reading over those entries makes me anxious for my trip to Scotland in March. *Sigh*

I should be able to keep up with my reading, but I'm going to wait to do any writing until I get home. Take care everyone and have a great week.

Thanks for dropping by and have a good trip. And you're coming over here in March? Brave girl!

Neil--Even worse, I'm going to Islay then up near Inverness. That's what happens when you travel with people who need to go during spring break. Think I should pack my parka? Luckily, there will be lots of distillery tours--that'll warm me up.

I'm a big fan of Wordpress. I recommend it. Lots of different templates and it's very customizable.

Hi wormbrain (wormbrain? I'm heading over to your blog to see if I can tell where that blog name came from). Anyway, thanks for visiting. Wordpress seems a little daunting right now. I'm really close to being one of those dumb blond jokes about using liquid paper on a computer screen.

My owner Mr P. does a lot of wandering and rambling.

But that's just when he's speaking.

Hey Murph. You know how we are--blah, blah blah, until we say something interesting like "time to eat." Thanks for stopping by.

Do I think you should pack your parka??? Is the bear catholic.. eh.. I mean, does the Pope do it in the woods? Your distillery plan is a good one and Islay has many to choose from. But in my opinion the best is Highland Park from the Orkney Islands. If you're anywhere near Edinburgh let me know and I'll buy you one.

Highland Park is one of my favorites, too! You're on!
